We hope you are as excited with your purchase as we are! However, if you need to
request a return, please review our Return Policy below.
Only orders placed directly on www.thebreastpumpshop.com are eligible
for Return/Refund by The Breast Pump Shop. Please note that used items are not
allowed to be returned.
The Breast Pump Shop has no visibility into the financial transactions of Retail
Locations. Due to this, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund for items
purchased at a Retail Location, such at Target, Wal-Mart, or Other.
If you purchased your products from a Retail Location, these
items must be returned according to the specific Return/Refund Policy provided by the
Retail Location. Please contact the Retail Location for more details about
their Return/Refund Policy and we appreciate your understanding.
Non Returnable Items:
Returns for the items below, whether opened or unopened, are not accepted as they
are considered Personal Use Items. Please check your order details for correct sizing,
quantity, and compatibility PRIOR to checkout.
-Any of the Breast Pumps & Accessories that are used for using a breast pump. We are
not permitted to receive these back as they are considered medical equipment.

Once processed, a refund of the item amount will be issued to your original payment

All returned items must arrive unopened with all seals still intact. Refunds will
not be issued for any opened items or items with missing seals. Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs and may use the shipping carrier of their choice.
Damaged/Defective Items: All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival
or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked
delivered by postal carrier.
To submit a claim please email email@example.com with your order
number and photo of the product, including the Date and Lot Number if
applicable. Not including this information may delay processing time.
If you purchased a product from a Retail Location, please contact the retailer directly for
their Return/Refund Policy for damaged/defective products.
